KTM Macina Chacana LFC – A new everyday solution from Austria

With their Macina Chacana LFC the people at KTM are introducing an everyday full-susser intended for moderate touring rides. We took a first look at the Austrian tourer and can tell you what makes it so special.

Comfort and everyday suitability are the key features of the KTM Chacana LFC. With its 125-front and 130 mm-rear travel this should be a fun and pleasant companion for commutes, trekking tours and the occasional stint on forest paths.

The spec for the KTM Macina Chacana LFC

The Chacana is solidly specced for its intended use. However we would have preferred a more powerful set of brakes. The LFC version convinced us with its practical system of well-integrated fenders, pannier racks and lights.

LFC – Lights, fender and carrier (pannier rack)

The LFC-system includes fenders and lights especially designed to be used on eMTBs. These are neatly integrated into the overall concept of the bike and can easily be retrofitted with compatible frames.
