First impressions: FAHRER battery cover for Bosch

The days are getting shorter, temperatures drop to single digits and the forests are wrapped in a colorful dress. Muddy trails, covered in fallen leaves are from now on daily life for ambitious e-mountainbike enthusiasts.
Just as man fights against the cold, so does the battery of a pedelec. Because – as we know from our automobiles – the battery of the motorized two-wheeler suffers from extreme temperatures and loses performance faster.
To help us keep moving in the cold, the designers from FAHRER created an innovative “little cloak” for exposed batteries fitted to Bosch eBike Systems (Power Pack Classic 300 + 400). The motto is: “More capacity due to heat storage”. Also, the 4.5mm thick neoprene sleeve protects perfectly against splashes, dust, dirt, scratches and bumps.
Installation is easy: Simply remove the battery from the holder and slip the visually attractive casing over it.
Then secure it with the supplied Velcro strip at the lower end of the battery
And just like that, nothing prevents you from biking in the cold season anymore!
