First Look | Cube Stereo Hybrid HPA 160 and Nutrail Hybrid
During the Eurobike Media Days Cube presented the brand new Stereo Hybrid HPA 160 and the Nutrail Hybrid-Fatbike. In addition the existing Stereo Hybrid 120 and Stereo Hybrid 140 models have been completely re-engineered for the coming season.
Cube Stereo Hybrid HPA 160
Cube has recognised the enormous potential of the growing E-mountainbike sector and therefore now presents the Stereo Hybrid HPA 160 which like the name implies features 160 mm suspension travel front and rear. The bike will be offered in three spec levels with prices from € 4499 – 6499. The top model closely resembles its non-motorised sibling in terms of looks and specification.
The Cube Stereo Hybrid HPA 160 has modern geometry based on a long top tube, short chainstays and a low bottom bracket. Cube calls this “Agile Trail Geometry“. It should form the perfect compromise of stability and playfulness. Furthermore all new Cube Stereo Hybrid models feature the Boost 148 mm rear wheel standard in order to increase rigidity and allow for shorter chainstays.

Detailed information about the new Stereo Hybrid with Plus tyres was unfortunately not available. But here it is: Cube will show a model with Plus tyres and 140 mm travel at Eurobike. The price should be € 4999 and the bike will feature a Cube typical spec of Fox suspension,
DT-Swiss wheels, Shimano drivetrain and Schwalbe tyres.
Cube Nutrail Hybrid
Cube’s first E-Fatbike: the Nutrail Hybrid is pretty FAT! The front frame triangle is based on the existing Reaction Hybrid. The rear end has been widened and has enough room for up-to 4” wide tyres. In order to offer the full Bosch warranty Cube had to offset the motor by 15 mm so that they didn’t need a special chainring. The new Nutrail will be offered with one spec level and three sizes for € 3999. The nice rear carrier is however probably not included with the bike.
