Bianchi have just launched a series of new eMTBs, called T-Tronik. Leading the charge is the flagship Bianchi T-Tronik Performer. We have all the most important info right here!

Features of the new Bianchi T-Tronik Performer

Top performance for top performers – that’s what Bianchi are claiming their T-Tronik Performer can deliver. This new eMTB features a full carbon front end and an alloy rear triangle. The frame delivers 140 mm travel out back, and this should be matched with a 150-160 mm travel fork. The new T-Tronik Performer is powered by Shimano’s STEPS E8000 motor and has a 630 Wh integrated battery. Bianchi’s new ebike is available in four sizes – 15″, 17″, 19″ and 21″ – It features a flip-chip on the shock rocker which should let you easily adjust its bottom bracket height. The T-Tronik Performer is also FOX Live Valve compatible.

Other features include internal cable routing and a custom top cap with top tube protection (a steering lock which prevents the fork crown from impacting the frame). The Bianchi is compatible with 29×2.6″ as well as 27.5×2.8″ tires.

Geometry of the new Bianchi T-Tronik Performer

Setting the flip-chip in the rocker link of the Bianchi to the lower setting increases its bottom bracket drop by 11 mm and slackens the head and seat tube angles by just under 1 degree. The geometry figures shown in the table below are when the bike is in its “Low” setting.

Bianchi T-Tronik model lineup

Bianchi’s T-Tronik eMTB family does not end there. The Italian brand have also announced a lower specced, aluminium full-suspension ebike – called the T-Tronik Rebel – a 29-inch bike with Bianchi’s own Central Motor Unit (250W, 85Nm) and an integrated 630Wh battery. Like the T-Tronik Performer, the Rebel has 140 mm rear travel. Rounding off the range is the Bianchi T-Tronik Sport – an aluminium hardtail powered by Bianchi’s motor and a 418 or 504 Wh battery.
