Moustache have given their key players a serious overhaul for 2017. They’ve launched the ‘Hidden Power’ concept, which is a fairly novel and sophisticated way to integrate the tried-and-tested Bosch CX motor. The Samedi 27 Trail has 140 mm of travel and promises the ultimate balance of up and downhill credentials. Its spec shows great consideration and is certainly no wallflower. Thömus Lightrider E1
With the Lightrider E1, the Swiss bike brand Thömus have dropped a covet-worthy E-MTB, which blew us away while on test with its super-agile and direct handling. Its carbon frame and oh-so-nice and exclusive spec lend themselves to a low overall weight and will certainly be met with an approving nod by every rider you meet. The Thule EasyFold XT rear carrier does exactly what its name promises. Thanks to its clever folding mechanism, this well-constructed carrier is a doddle to fold up and stow away while not in use.
