Haibike XDURO Nduro 2018
While the XDURO Nduro Yamaha-equipped bikes also enter 2018 without so much of a new look, the Bosch bikes have undergone substantial revisions. The geometry of the 2018 XDURO Nduro models when compared to the previous iteration testifies to the new slant that’s clearly more similar to the Yamaha models and therefore more modern. The seat tube is 1° steeper and now has an offset that renders the seat angle an effective 75.1°, which is a notable two degrees steeper than previously. The head angle has been slackened by half a degree to 65° and the bottom bracket lowered by 20 mm, which sets it 5 mm lower than the axle for the 2018 models. The alterations to the reach are the main course, with the XDURO Nduro 2018 now way longer than before: in a size L, the reach has shot up from 422 mm to 460 mm, which even outsizes the XL from last year. The wheelbase has consequently gone from 1215 mm to 1257 mm.
