What’s new? For the latest iteration of the HYBE, Haibike fit the lighter and more aggressively tuned Bosch CX-R motor. We’ll count the 90-gram weight saving as a marginal gain, but the key performance figures of the new Bosch CX Race still look promising. If you want to dive deeper into the numbers, data and facts, our comprehensive motor group test gives you more than just raw specs. You will also find a clear verdict on how each drive performs. You can read how the Bosch CX-R fared in the direct comparison test here.
Another update is the Bosch Kiox 400C display integrated into the top tube, which replaces the System Controller of the Haibike HYBE CF 11 MY2025. There’s also a fresh paint job. A mix of Sparkling White, Splatter Black and Radiant Green adds more variety to the colour palette.
Let’s talk about money. €11,000, which is a €1,000 increase compared to last year’s top model. In return, you get a new RockShox Reverb AXS dropper post among other upgrades. In size XL, however, it still comes with 200 mm of travel. That feels like a missed opportunity, as the new Reverb is also available with 225 mm and 250 mm. The rear derailleur also underwent an upgrade. Haibike fit a SRAM X0 mech, which saves a little weight over the GX model while delivering similar shifting performance.
Apart from that, a HYBE stays a HYBE. Same carbon frame, same geometry. DT Swiss aluminium wheels, the HX 1501, handle rolling duties. The tyres are unchanged from last year as well. Continental Kryptotal front and rear, both in Enduro casing and Soft rubber compound.
We’re keen to find out how the new Haibike HYBE CF 11 MY 2026 feels on our local trails. And, of course, how it holds its own against some of the latest new e-mountainbikes. Stay tuned!
