Lezyne Micro Floor Drive HV Review

Ok, the Lezyne Micro Floor Drive HV is pretty large for a mini-pump. Oh, and it’s relatively heavy too (for a mini-pump). But even though it is ruled out from the test fleet, anyone who has ever tried this super sleek mini-track pump will appreciate that we couldn’t let it pass unmentioned. In terms of performance, it’s only a smidge better than the top mini models, but when talk turns to how you actually use it you’ll realize that this CNC piece of art is unbeatable. With its distinctive trackpump-floor stand and long hose, the Micro Floor Drive stays firmly on the ground while you’re pumping and therefore saves a ton of energy.

So if you can handle the added weight and height, the Lezyne delivers an outstanding performance – so good in fact, that you might not even curse next time you get a flat. However, there’s a risk when you’re unscrewing the connector from the valve that you might unscrew the centre of the valve.
