The growth of the E-MTB industry is now a reality, as shown by the development and evolution of the products, by the creation of specialized sections and columns in the main industry magazines and by the widespread public curiosity on the subject. In addition – and to be honest – E-MTBs are now really good-looking, and when something combines innovation and good taste, the real boom comes next. To date what direction is going to be taken by this category or better, what is the best direction for the racing arm of the E-MTB category, it is still a question that nobody can answer. What we know for sure is that within the wide range of mountain-biking disciplines, enduro is the only one where the racing developments of E-bikes make real sense. Both for the nature of the discipline and for the technical development that the different brands have carried out within their bike range. Always fascinated by new challenges and fresh trends, Superenduro staff intend to fully understand the E-MTB potential and, above all, they want to find out what are the elements that a dedicated race needs to have in order to offer good fun and a great challenge.
Following these ideas they designed the racecourse of the first, pilot E-Bike race in Massa Marittima. Only those who will be there will be able to say they took part to a time of changes and that they contributed with their feedbacks to the development of a new and different way to race enduro.
See you at Massa Marittima!
