Susanne Puello, long-standing Managing Director of the Winora Group, is leaving the organization. She has resigned her post of her own free will and with immediate effect. All details in the press release.

A granddaughter of the company’s founder, Puello and her husband Felix developed the Schweinfurt-based company in the last two decades into a global leader in e-mobility. They positioned all their brands, including Haibike, Winora, Sinus and E. Wiener Bike Parts with their own parts brand XLC successfully on the market. In doing so they always focused on the areas of product development, engineering and design. Relying on a strong international distribution network, they sell their products all over Europe, Asia and the USA. As far as eperformance goes, Susanne and Felix Puello are considered pioneers, who have changed the e-mobility market forever. They both have created numerous innovations that have garnered great acclaim and awards.

Susanne Puello played a major role in the recent success of Haibike, now she leaves the company surprisingly.

The reason for Susanne Puello’s resigning are irreconcilable differences regarding the new reorganization activities (“refined strategy”) of the Dutch Accell Group. “After an unprecedented success story, I leave the company with a heavy heart. Until the last minute, Winora Group was characterized by the charm of a family business, of close ties to the specialist retail industry, distributors and suppliers. Starting today, however, I will look for new challenges”, says Susanne Puello.
