Ergon BA3 and new BA2 backpacks in E-MTB versions
Ergons’ already known BA3 backpack with 15+2 L volume was reworked for the next season with further models added to the lineup. Thanks to an improved, 4-fold adjustable support system, the back length can easily be adjusted between sizes from S to XL. The main novelty, however, is the special e-mountain bike version BA3 E Protect. It has a battery-specific compartment inside and comes standard with the otherwise separately purchased protector. Accordingly, the BA3 E Protect will be available in stores for 179.95 €, 40 € more than the regular BA3 version.
For quick after work rides or action-packed trips, the more compact BA2 is a new addition to the lineup. Also available in the standard and the E Protect version, it has 10 L of volume, and a fixed mount for action cams at the back. The price will be around 169.95 € for the E Protect version with battery and protector and 129.95 € for the standard version.
Compatible with both backpacks is the new Sport Camera Chest Mount – a holster for action cams at chest height with an elastic 4-point attachment. The chest mount will be available for 19.95 €.
New in the GA grip series
The popular GA series (A like All-Mountain) has undergone an update for next season and will be expanded by 2 models. All the grips of the series will now have replaceable end caps, and the new GA2 Fat is a larger diameter version for larger hands. Also new in the series is the GA3. It has small palm rests, which increase the surface area where your hands rest, thereby reducing pressure loads and hot spots – but in a much softer and smaller version than we know from the XC models (GS, GX). Thus offering more comfort on the trail without being a hindrance or getting in the way. All 3 versions (GA2, GA2 Fat, GA3) will be available in different colors for 29.90 €.
