Supernova

The new Supernova M99 Mini Pro provides a 1250 lm boost with high beam switched on.

One of the first e-bike lights with StVZO (German road traffic authorization) was the Supernova M99-PURE. For 2018 the M99-Pure was reworked and is now called M99 Mini Pro or the M99 Mini Pro ML with the MonkeyLink bracket. Although, there is nothing mini about the light. Sure, the housing has gotten smaller, but it’s still far from mini. And the power of the lamp at 1250 lm on high beam and 600 lm on low beam is at least 100 lm brighter than its “big” brother. Apart from the small housing and the higher lm output, is the addition of the already mentioned high-beam mode, which has been approved for e-mountain bike use since the beginning of 2017. A small remote on the handlebar lets you switch between high and low beam. Like the M99-PURE before it, the new Mini PRO can only be operated with the E-Bike battery. The Supernova M99 Mini PRO will be available in shops from October 2017 for approx. 299 € for either 25 km/h or 45 km/h e-bikes.

A small remote on the handlebar lets you switch between high and low beam with the press of a button.
