Under the tagline ‘the future is now’, SUPERNOVA grabbed the chance at EUROBIKE 2015 to present their brand new E-bike headlight, the SUPERNOVA M99. Proclaiming the M99 revolutionary, the fast e-bike-approved lighting system features a low, dipped beam and a far-reaching high beam.

Based in the southern part of the Black Forest, SUPERNOVA Design have spent three years creating a new generation of headlights with an LED matrix, dubbed the M99, supported by Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
With up to 1,600 lumen light output and 360 lux at its brightest point, the M99 gives the performance of a Xenon car headlight but in a much smaller package. While the dipped light won’t blind any other traffic as you head to the trails, the high beam allows you to tackle difficult terrain as though it was daylight.

The automatic sensor controlled daytime running light (4.5 watt) automatically switches to the dipped light as dusk falls or the light conditions darken.
